- Seller refers to a person or company that uses a digital platform to promote their products through any online channel. In particular, the seller uses Jubelio to operate their business (hereinafter referred to as user).
- Seller Employee refers to individuals who work for the Seller and are responsible for managing Seller businesses integrated with Jubelio (hereinafter referred to as user).
- A marketplace is an online platform where sellers can market and sell their products to consumers.
- Courier Services refer to logistics providers used to deliver orders from sellers to customers.
- Fulfillment Services refer to logistics partners that handle the processing, managing, and ensuring orders are fulfilled, packaged, and shipped from various sales channels.
- Order refers to a purchase request made by buyers through various sales channels, such as marketplaces, online stores, offline stores, and social commerce.
- Supplier refers to providers of goods or products that will be sold by sellers through the Jubelio platform.

- Resolution of customer’s complaint integrated from Marketplace by Seller.

During the process, we document each step to ensure compliance with applicable regulations.
Correction of Personal Data
If you find discrepancies in the data we have collected, you can request us or the data controller who collected your data to correct your Personal Data. We will follow up and correct the data within a maximum of 3 x 24 hours from when your request is received.
