Account Deletion Request
To request the deletion of an account from a Jubelio product, please send an email with the following format:
Email Subject: Request to Delete Account
Email Body:
- Company Name: (Enter your company name)
- Person in Charge (PIC): (Enter the name of the person in charge)
- Owner’s Email: (Enter the account owner’s email)
- Product to be Deleted: (Specify which Jubelio product account you wish to delete)
- Reason for Deletion: (Explain why you want to delete this account)
Note:
- The email sender must be registered as a Jubelio user on the same dashboard.
- Deleted data cannot be recovered. This process is permanent, and please ensure you have considered this decision carefully before proceeding.
